Dr. M.L Jain-(MBBS-MD PSM) Chairman- Dr M.L. Jain has served Department of Medical and Health more than 38 years. He has been Director RCH, Director Public Health Project Director RSACS and after retirement also served as DIRECTOR SIHFW-Rajasthan. He has contributed in policy formation to execution of programs. Under his Leadership State of Rajasthan has achieved various milestones. Particularly he initiated various Facility based and Community based interventions in NHM and RCH –II includes SBA training, HBPNC, Active role of development partners in system strengthening. Governing Board of NIRA feel pride to have such an energetic and public health expert as Chairman and patron of the organization. After passing away of Founder Chairman Dr. T.P. Jain Board NIRA was able find out appropriate person to take lead of the organization under the dynamic leadership of Dr. M.L. Jain. .
Dr. K.L. Pokarna- Ph. D in Medical Sociology (President)- Dr. K.L Pokarna has been Assistant Professor in S.M.S. Medical College Jaipur Being Teaching Faculty he has long training and teaching experience in health sector development. He has been Deputy Director IEC. After retirement he has served UNICEF and Many other NGOs and Development Agencies as consultant and Advisor. Dr. Pokarna Was elected as President of NIRA executives Board on 30 April 2018.
Prof. K.L. Sharma – (vice president) – Dr. Sharma is Ex Professor and Head Department of Philosophy University of Rajasthan. Renowned Psychologist, Gerontologist is working with Society of Indian Gerontology. Prof. Sharma Has been devoted to geriatric care in Rjasthan. He is publishing Indian Journal of Gerontology Last 40 Years..
Prof. Sanjeev Bhanwat- Ph.D. (Vice Prsedent) Dr. Bhanawat is currently working as Head of the Department in the center of Mass Communication. He is also heading Jain Study Center of the university. Currently he is editor of Quarterly Journal Communication Today. .
Ms. Amrita Jain (B.tech and MBA) Member- Development professional has been working last 10 years in private sector. She has given consent to serve NIRA as one of the active member Dr. S.L. Sharma- Dr. S.L. Sharma is a Public Health Professional. He has been associated with department of Medical and Health and retired from the position of Additional Director. Dr. Sharma is technical advisor of the organization. He has been associated since the registration of the organization. He has contributed as resource person in RCH and other training programs conducted by NIRA in the field. Under the leadership of Dr. Sharma NIRA has developed Training modules for FPAI on Adolescent Health and development. Dr. Suresh Agrawal – Dr. Agrawal is scholar of Indian History. He is serving as lecturer of history in the department of College Education last 35 years. He has been Secretary, Rajasthan Colleges and University Teacher Association. He is one of the founder members of NIRA and has been associated with organization in different activities and projects specially in Ajmer region of state. Smt. Anjli Sahai – Women journalist. She is one of the founder members of the organization. She has contributed in writing of modules and other publications of the organization her aria of interest is health, environment and child development. She has represented the organization at different platforms. She has participated in National and International seminars and workshops on behalf of NIRA. Dr. Mahadev Singh- Dr. Singh is an Ayush Medical specialist. In her active guidance and support NIRA has initited its first regular project in the year 2001-2002 in toda bhim block of Krauli under Mother NGO Project. He has been active member of organization and regularly participating in workshops meeting.

Mr. Sarjeet Singh – Community mobilize working with youths in Rajasthan . He has been involved with NIRA as active member since inception.
Shri Raghuvir Singh Shekhawat- Mr Shekawat is ex-State Commissioner –Rajasthan Scouts and Guides Services. He has been associated as social Service volunteer last 40 years has been awarded by President of India. He is honorable member of Executive of the NIRA. Mr. Pankaj Bhtnagar – Mr. Bhatnagar is a social Scientist have been involved in development sector for last 25 years. He has been consultant with UNICEF in rehabilitation program of Tsunami affected region in Andaman and Nicobar. His area of interest is Water and Sanitation. He is active member of NIRA. He has been involved with NIRA in various projects includes development of District Action Plan of sanitation of District Jhajhar, TI Project Alwar, TI Project Karauli, NAVJEEVAN Project Karauli. Smt. Seema Singh- Seema Singh is Secretary of NIRA. She is serving as secretary since 2003. In her tenure NIRA has able to implement various projects in health sector. She has been involved voluntarily in project activities. Monitoring of programs is her key support to NIRA.
